I went on a work trip to the KZN Midlands this week and could not get over how beautiful it is. It would’ve been a sin not to photograph some of it and I just had to share it with all of you! Pure magic!

On the 23rd of June I set off to the airport, very excited for a weekend in Cape Town. I was heading down to speak at the 2012 Food Bloggers Indaba. Little did I know that a weekend of what was meant to be exploring one of my favourite cities would turn into me barely being able to get in and out of the car. As I was leaving for the Indaba on Sunday morning I slipped on the steps outside my aunt’s back-door and fell, spraining both my ankles and pulling/tearing my right calve muscles. But I also know that I can’t be lazy…
As some of you might know, we are currently on Holiday in the beautiful Stilbaai. And throughout this month long holiday, I will most definitely be sharing some photo’s and stories of this side of our amazing country. Because we are travelling with twin toddlers, we knew we wouldn’t be able to do the almost 15 hour drive all in one shot so we decided to sleep over just more than half way in the picturesque Graaff Reinet (the photo of the beautiful little church was taken there). Now, while I was searching for places to stay, I was very aware that wherever we stayed, would need to be toddler…
