When you had a day like I had yesterday, you need comfort food to make you feel like everything is going to be okay. I know that this is perhaps a bad thing to do as food shouldn’t be used to make you feel better (or so says dieticians and psychologists) but for me, food is sometimes the only comfort I need (which is probably why I’ve struggled with my weight all my life).
