PB&J Cookie Sandwiches

With it being Easter holiday in SA at the moment, I’m finding it hard keeping the twins busy. When they’re not watching movies or playing outside, they’re under my feet and are always asking to help in the kitchen. I paged through my mom’s numerous recipe books and found this ridiculously easy recipe for peanut butter cookies. Four ingredients and one bowl? Seriously? Peanut butter-chip Cupcakes

This week is well and truly turning into Cupcake Week here on Simply Delicious. But for some reason I don’t think too many people will mind. I think a cupcake is one of those things that most people love (even though I know of a few people who don’t). For me, a cupcake (a good one) is just perfection.
