I always find it quite amusing how people start acting at the beginning of Spring. All of a sudden the gym’s are packed, the lines at the drive-thru’s are shorter and people are buying a whole truck load more fresh veg and fruit. It’s that time of the month again, the time where I need to get my Mexican fix. As you’ll remember from my Mexican Feast post, I have as much of an obsession with Mexican food as I do with Indian food.
