I was so not in the mood to cook dinner last night. All I wanted to do was watch Oprah (yes, I watch Oprah…stop judging!) and do nothing. But I got off my lazy bum and threw together, what I thought would be quite a boring and bland pasta. Well, it wasn’t! It was actually really, flipping good. Don’t you just love that?
