I always like to have a few drink ideas up my sleeve over the Holidays. Unexpected guests, friends and family will all be incredibly impressed if you serve them a jug of something delicious to drink and especially here, in South Africa where the temperatures at most of the summer holiday towns are climbing daily.
This sparkling pear cocktail came about quite by accident if I can be honest. I had all the ingredients in my fridge and wanted to serve my guests something delicious to drink. I poured everything in a jug and it turned out beyond delicious. Refreshing and Festive, this is truly the perfect cocktail to serve with snacks before your Christmas meal.

Sparkling Pear, Cranberry & Vodka cocktails

Ingredients
- 500ml (16.91 fluid ounces) sparkling pear juice (I used Peartiser)
- 200ml (6.76 fluid ounces) cranberry juice
- 100-200ml (6.76 fluid ounces) vodka
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well but don’t shake.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
